The Williams Homes 401(k) plan provides employees with a convenient way to save on a pre-tax basis and includes a company match up to 4%. Participating employees can choose to invest their contributions in a wide range of investments with different levels of risk. Eligibility to participate is 6-months after joining Williams Homes and vesting is at 100% for company contributions after four years of service.
