It is designed to celebrate your success, reward your hard work, and help you build your legacy with meaningful financial gains. As a member, you get access to exclusive rewards, merch, events, and tiered commission bonuses based on sales volume.
To join, you need to create an exclusive Dub Club account. Once you create your account, you will instantly unlock your welcome gift and insider access to start earning points immediately.
Dub Club benefits include:

*Welcome Gift and Swag: Receive a welcome gift when you join, plus exclusive rewards with each tier you achieve in the program.
- Insider Tier: 0–2 home sales → Commission paid as advertised
- Elite Tier: 3–4 home sales → Earn an additional +0.50% commission on every sale
- Legacy Tier: 5+ home sales → Earn an additional +0.50% commission on every sale
* Total incremental commission bonus may not exceed 1.00% above the advertised broker co-op.
You move up the tiers by increasing your number of home sales with Williams Homes. For example, once you make your third sale, you will move from "Insider" to "Elite" and start earning a 0.50% commission bonus on every sale.
You can earn points in various ways, including:
*Engaging with Williams Homes online (e.g., social media mentions)
*Attending special events (e.g., Grand Openings, Open Houses, etc.)
*Referring other agents to the Dub Club
Voting is another way for you to earn points and for us to gather information and insights from you that will help us better serve you and your buyers. If you answer questions that we ask you, you’ll get points awarded to your account. It’s that simple!
You can redeem your rewards points for gift cards at any time.
Points can be redeemed for VISA gift cards depending on the total number of points you have earned to date. Leftover points will remain in your account for continued accrual.
When you refer a fellow real estate professional to the Dub Club and they join, you'll receive a 100-point bonus. The referred professional will receive an invitation, and points are awarded upon joining.
Yes, your points will expire 12 calendar months after they were added to your account. Please make sure to redeem your points before their expiration date to make the most of them.
