There’s plenty of room to get outside. Northwest Crossing includes more than 30 acres of planned parks and open space and is adjacent to the 80-acre Bozeman Sports Park. The community also offers convenient access to Gallatin County Regional Park and other local outdoor recreation, making it easy to walk, play, enjoy sports, or spend time outside close to home.

Northwest Crossing is located within the Bozeman Public Schools district and is near Meadowlark Elementary School, Chief Joseph Middle School, and Gallatin High School. Gallatin High School is located just a short distance from the community, making school and everyday activities convenient for families.

The master-planned development includes more than 150,000 square feet of planned commercial space, bringing restaurants, shops, offices, and local businesses closer to home. Northwest Crossing offers a variety of new construction homes across multiple collections, including townhomes and single-family homes. Because Williams Homes builds homes from carefully designed plans and specifications, we do not offer fully custom home builds.

If you purchase early enough in the construction process, you may have the opportunity to personalize select finishes, such as cabinet color, flooring, and backsplash. These selections are offered within our predetermined design looks, giving you some flexibility while keeping the process simple and cohesive. Selection opportunities and cutoff dates vary by home, so ask our Community Manager what's available for the home you're considering.

HOA dues at Northwest Crossing are estimated to be $165 per quarter, but your community manager can provide more detail and most current information. The HOA Dues will cover the maintenance of all common areas and snow removal on the main roads and sidewalks.

Yes. Our preferred lender can walk you through the new-home financing process, answer your questions, and help customize a loan around your needs and budget. You’re also welcome to use your own lender. If financing incentives are available, our Community Manager can explain current offers and any lender requirements.

Your new Williams Homes home includes our One-Year Fit-and-Finish Limited Warranty, along with ongoing support from our dedicated warranty team. We’re here after you move in, too, with homeowner follow-up and support throughout your first year. Our goal is to make the transition from house to home as easy as possible.
