Cranefield offers three distinct collections designed for different lifestyles. The Grove features low-maintenance two-story townhomes, The Meadows offers single-family homes with flexible layouts and options like first-floor bedrooms and covered patios, and The Preserve offers larger single-family homes with RV garages, waterfront views, and both single- and two-story plans.

Visit our sales office and design center to see what personalization options you might have on our homes. Selection opportunities and cutoff dates vary by home, so ask our Community Manager what may be available.

Absolutely. Cranefield has seven model homes to explore, giving you the opportunity to experience different floor plans, finishes, and home styles in person. Model homes are open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., or you can contact our team to schedule a personalized tour.

Cranefield is designed for everyday living with room to enjoy the outdoors and connect with your neighbors. Within the community, you’ll find a pool, pickleball court, playground, fire pits, walking trails, and a stocked pond with a dock and beach area. Outside the community, Star offers a small-town feel with easy access to parks, the Boise River, restaurants, shopping, golf, and the greater Treasure Valley.

We are located right near the new Albertson’s grocery store with nice restaurants and shopping nearby. Star Riverwalk Park, Freedom Park (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rbQXFGEycpg), and River Birch golf course is less than 5 miles away. You are also close to the Boise Foothills and not far from the Boise Greenbelt.

The Preserve has a pond with a dock, be stocked with fish, and allow non-motorized sports.

The Commons is a Recreational Barn in the community with a pool, firepit, lounge chairs, and more. Plus, a pickleball court!

Cranefield is close to some of Star’s favorite outdoor spaces, including Star Riverwalk Park, Freedom Park, and Pavilion Park. River Birch Golf Course is less than five miles away, while the Boise River, Boise Foothills, and Boise Greenbelt offer even more opportunities for recreation and adventure.

Cranefield is located within the West Ada School District and is near Star Elementary, Star Middle School, and Owyhee High School. School assignments and attendance boundaries can change, so we recommend verifying current school assignments directly with the district.

Yes. Our preferred lender, Great Western Home Loans, can walk you through the new-home financing process, explain your options, and help customize a loan around your needs and budget. You’re also welcome to use your own lender. If financing incentives are available, our Community Manager can explain current offers and any lender requirements.

Your new Williams Homes home includes our One-Year, Fit-and-Finish, Limited Warranty covering workmanship, materials, and installation. Our support continues after you move in, with a House-to-Home Tour before or around closing and typically scheduled follow-up visits at approximately 60 days and 11 months. Our dedicated warranty team is here to help you feel confident in your new home long after you receive the keys.
